    Features & Benefits

    SG41-F has simple body shape and better forging process. The pressure and temperature range are higher than that of cast steel valves. The sealing performance is much better, and the life span is longer.

    Flanged Forged Steel Gate Valve SG41-F

    Its material is forged steel as same as the valve body, which is more durable and allows to be opened and closed thousands of times without deformation.

    The gland effectively protects the internal packing, thus preventing the medium from leaking out from the stem.

    As a common packing material, flexible graphite is cheap, easy to replace and can bear high & low temperature.

    Different materials can be selected according to working conditions.

    Wedge disc has good sealing performance. Its wedge-shaped sealing surface is relatively less damaged by medium’s sediment. Also, the disc can be surfacing welding Stellite and etc.

    The forged body has smooth surface, high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. Its plasticity and toughness are better than the cast body, and its service life is longer.

    The seat can be surfacing welding Stellite and etc.
