Flanged forged steel gate valves SG41-F were supplied for main steam pipeline in Lima, Peru

Project Requirements:

The customer requires flanged gate valve that can be used for 350-400℃ main steam pipeline in the power plant. The pressure is up to 10.0Mpa. The supplier should recommend materials that can withstand high temperature, high pressure and ensure zero leakage.

SEALLON's Solutions:

Based on working conditions, SEALLON chose A105 as body & disc material, which can withstand the temperature up to 425 ℃, but also guarantee good strength & hardness in the high temperature & high pressure environment.

For seat material, SEALLON chose to surface Stellite alloy because of its excellent high temperature resistance. Also it has super wear resistance to ensure zero leakage in long term use.

Considering high pressure, we processed the side flange into RTJ face, so that gate valves were tightly connected with the pipes. Superior sealing is guaranteed in high temperature & high pressure environment.
