Features & Benefits
SG42 is designed with Rising Stem, which extends from above the disc, allowing direct observation of the position of the valve stem. The friction between the valve stem and the stem nut inside the gate valve is small, resulting in low opening and closing torque. It is often operated with a handwheel and is suitable for situations that require frequent opening and closing, such as water supply systems, drainage systems, etc.
After repeated grinding, it fits closely with the metal valve seat to achieve a hard seal and zero leakage.
Replaceable seat, can be composed of brass, bronze or stainless steel, used in different working conditions.
The guide block helps the disc to open and close vertically, and the disc does not shift during the pressure bearing process, so as to achieve long-term sealing.
Ensure the verticality of the movement of the guide block.
