SF41 flanged Y-shaped filters were used for petroleum product transportation pipeline in Mozyr, Belarus

Project Requirements:
Flanged Y-shaped filters were inquired for petroleum product transportation pipeline. The filters must perform reliably and effectively within the factory's production system. Key requirements included specific mesh size and mesh material. The customer expected the filters to achieve optimal performance during actual use. Screen 0.2~1mm. The flange connection should comply with GOST33259 Type E.

Seallon`s Solutions:

● For the petroleum product in the pipeline, we selected 316/316L stainless steel due to its excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature durability;
● We chose a mesh size from 0.2mm to 1mm and screen material of 316 to ensure high filtration efficiency according to the flow requirements of the pipeline; 
● To facilitate maintenance and replacement, we provided the customer with additional screens and included a video tutorial on how to replace the screen;
● For the mating flanges, we processed the connection according to GOST33259 Type F to match the customer’s requirement.
