Large scale rubber joints SR41 were shipped to Ust Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan for Municipal Engineering

Project Requirements:
This order was supplied to a municipal construction unit, and the same batch of orders also includes resilient seated gate valves, welded ball valves, lifting check valves, etc. Due to the previous purchase of rubber joints from other brands by the unit, there were instances of cracking or holes in the rubber spheres during the warranty period. Therefore, it would be required that the rubber joints purchased this time must have better pressure resistance and resistance to aging. A longer warranty period was required.

● Our rubber spheres were made of EPDM with a rubber content of over 50%, which was wrapped and hot pressed with multiple layers of fabric. Both sides were reinforced with steel rings, providing an ultra long service life and ultra-high pressure performance. Before shipment, the spheres were pressure tested at 1.6 times the working pressure, and could withstand up to 4.0Mpa in a short time. Testing videos could be provided to customers;
● For rubber joints with a diameter of DN500 or above, we had customized flange limit pull rods, which could reduce overload tension and effectively protect the rubber ball when the pipeline fluctuates too much or exceeds the rubber expansion and contraction amount; 
● In addition, in order to increase the overall corrosion resistance of the rubber joint, we used electroplating decromet technology for the flange, which allowed the rubber joint to be used for a long time in humid and other environments, extending its service life. At the same time, we provided a 24 month warranty for customers.
