Flanged stainless steel gate valves SG41 were used for petroleum products in Gomel, Belarus

Project Requirements:
The customer specified that the stainless steel gate valve should be designed with a special F-F length as per their requirements. It was essential to select the appropriate stainless steel material to ensure the valve's corrosion resistance and high-temperature (up to 560℃) performance meet the operational demands. Since the medium contains gaseous and liquid petroleum products, the valve's sealing surfaces must exhibit good wear resistance. Additionally, the connection should comply with GOST 33259 type B, F, J, and the platform under electric actuator must conform to GOST 55510 standards.

Seallon`s Solutions:
● Seallon modified the face to face lengths of the gate valves according to the customer's requirements; 
● We selected stainless steel 304 (CF8) and 321 for the valve body and disc material to meet the required analog 08Х18Н10 and 12Х18Н10Т; 
● Stellite overlay was applied on the valve disc and valve seat to extend the valve's service life and maintain sealing performance;
● The connection of flange and platform was processed by GOST33259 and GOST55510.
