Ball check valves were supplied for the City Drainage Project in Minsk, Belarus

Project Requirements:

The customer wants to purchase a batch of check valves with the following requirements: a simple structure, easy maintenance and upkeep, and excellent sealing performance with zero leakage. Additionally, due to the high flow velocity of the working medium, the check valves should have low fluid resistance and be highly responsive.

● To meet the requirement for a simple structure, we have selected a ball check valve for the customer. The ball check valve has a simple structure, making it easy to maintain and service ;

● Ball check valves typically use a sealing method between the ball and the valve seat, effectively preventing reverse flow of the medium and ensuring the proper operation of the system; 

● The ball check valve has low fluid resistance, allowing it to maintain high flow rates in the pipeline and reducing energy loss; 

●When the fluid flows in reverse, the ball check valve can quickly close, preventing backflow and ensuring the safety of the system;

●Due to its simple structure and excellent sealing design, the ball check valve has a long service life.
