Flanged wedge gate valve SG41 were used for Oil Pipeline in Ufa, Russia

Project Requirements:

The customer requires a gate valve that can operate effectively in an oil pipeline with an environment temperature range of -50°C to 60°C. They have specified requirements for face-to-face length, flange sealing face, yoke type, and painting color. The supplier must select suitable materials based on the working medium and temperature conditions.

Seallon`s Solutions:

● Seallon recommends using LC1 for the body and disc materials, making the valves perform good in low temperature environment. In order to enhance sealing performance and wear resistance, we apply a 13Cr overlay on the disc and body, ensuring zero leakage and extending its service life. 

● We customize ANSI 300LB face-to-face length for PN40 valves and special face-to-face length for PN63 valves. According to customer’s requirement, the PN40 flange is processed as per GOST 33259 exe.F, while PN63 flange as per GOST 33259 exe.J, more suitable for high pressure.

●The yoke is designed to integrated type, which reduces the risk of leakage and enhances sealing performance. Besides, we also customize RAL7040 color painting for the valve and handwheel.
