Flanged resilient seated gate valve SG45 were used for drinking water pipelines in Krasnoyarsk, Russia

Project Requirements:
The customer required a resilient seated gate valve that would used for drinking water. The material of the valve parts which contact with the medium must comply with drinking water standards. Due to different pressure standards installed on the pipeline, the customer was considering whether it would be possible to drill the flange in two sizes PN10 & PN16. Only Zero leakage sealing grade would be accepted. There should be Logo on the body.

Seallon`s Solutions:
● Based on the working medium, we chose to use EDPM seat & epoxy powder certified by WRAS, completely meeting drinking water standard; 
● Besides, Seallon customized multiple standards so that the valves could be connected to PN10 & PN16 pipelines on demand; 
● All sizes of valves should pass the pressure test before shipping, and our inspector would get the records, and issue quality certificates to customers. Meanwhile, we customized the Logo on the body.
