Project Requirements:
JSC Belaruskali is a modern dynamically developing enterprise with many years of experience in ore mining and processing of potash salts. They use only the high quality equipment to manufacture their furniture to achieve the superior quality. In this case, the they need purchase high-performance stainless steel triple eccentric butterfly valves for use in a wastewater treatment workshop, requiring the body and sealing surface to be equipped with corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. The valves should be supplied with mating flanges by standard GOST33259-01-E&F. 

Seallon`s Solutions:

● Seallon selected the stainless steel 321 (12х18н10т) as the material of body, disc, which could withstand higher temperature and not easy to deform;
● The disc sealing were made of 316+Graphite to achieve zero leakage, meanwhile more cost-effective; 
● We customized the shaft of XM-19, which had a sufficiently high hardness to ensure the pressure bearing performance and operating stability of the valves; 
● The mating flanges of 321 were processed by GOST33259-01-F.
