SB71-B concentric butterfly valves with pneumatic actuators were supplied for PICON ROBINETTERIE in La Ravoire, France

Project Requirements:
PICON ROBINETTERIE was created in 1986, and specialising in the distribution of industrial valves, Seallon met their purchasing manager at the Canton Fair. This time they need a batch of pneumatic butterfly valves to supply to a local power plant project, requiring the butterfly valve structure material to meet the requirements of the bidding document, and providing actuator parameters and drawings. The delivery time need to be within 20 days.

Seallon`s Solutions:

● As the requirements, we customized SB71-B butterfly valves, which was made of WCB, had a seat of EPDM, single shaft without pin structure;
● We supplied the AT single acting pneumatic actuators 6 bar, and the accessories such as air filters, limit switches, solenoid valves; 
● At the same time, we provided the user manual, operation and maintenance guide for the actuator, and debug them one by one before shipment;
● We controlled the final delivery time within 20 days, which did not affect customer booking and shipping to France.
