Wafer triple eccentric butterfly valves SB73 were used for steam pipeline of Thai Power Plant in Rayong, Thailand

Project Requirements:
The customer requires the triple eccentric butterfly valve suitable for 250℃ steam pipeline in power plant and the mounting platform must be ISO5211 standard. The customer also has requirement about pneumatic actuator installation. The supplier should consider customers’ budget to choose suitable materials according to the working medium and temperature. 

Seallon`s Solutions:
● Seallon customized ISO5211 mounting platform for gear and pneumatic actuated valves, so that customer can easily replace and maintain later; 
● According to customer’s requirement, the pneumatic actuator was installed parallel to the pipeline, which can enhance the flexibility of valve operation and efficiency, and also reduce friction and wear during valve operation to extend service life; 
● In order to meet with customer’s budget and consider working conditions, we recommended using WCB body & disc, bearing working temperature. Multi-layer SS304+graphite sealing was suggested, which has better corrosion-resistance performance and achieves zero leakage and is more economical than metal to metal seat. Unidirectional sealing can also reduce the wear of sealing face in high temperature and can decrease the frequency of maintaining and replacing;
● We also offered nameplates and customized RAL 9005 color for these triple eccentric wafer butterfly valves, easy to recognize and convenient to maintain.
