Flanged diaphragm valves SD41 were used in a Pharmaceutical Factory in Puna, India

Project Requirements:
The purchased product were diaphragm valves suitable for pharmaceutical emulsion medium, which would contain solid particles and had a certain viscosity. The customer required the product to be easy to clean and disinfect, meet the cleanliness standards of the pharmaceutical industry, and should have good wear resistance. The sealing grade, F-F length, and connection size must meet the specific requirements of the customer.

Seallon`s Solutions:
● The diaphragm valve selected by Seallon fully met customer requirements in terms of sealing grade, F-F length, and connection size; 
● We used sanitary grade stainless steel 316 as the valve body material and perform surface polishing treatment to meet the hygiene level requirements of the pharmaceutical industry; 
● The membrane we had chosen was food grade EPDM, which had excellent elasticity and anti-corrosion properties and met the hygiene standard ISO13485.
