Flanged, butt-welded triple offset butterfly valves SB63 were supplied for the Power Plant in Krasnoyarsk, Russia.

Project Requirements:
Customer required triple offset butterfly valves that would be used for steam with a small amount of corrosive substances. The highest working temperature of steam is 230℃. The suppliers should recommend suitable body, disc material & sealing material. The customer also required the manual drive and connection of platform under electric actuator.

Seallon`s Solutions:
● According to the working conditions, Seallon chose WCB as the body material, CF8 as the disc material, the sealing would be 304+Graphite, which would bear the working temperature to 230℃; 
● Cast stainless steel valve disc and multi-layered stainless steel + graphite sealing rings made the valves more corrosion-resistant and easily achieve zero leakage; 
● As the requirements, we specified the connection of platform under electric actuator by the customer, thereby achieving compatibility between customized valves and selected actuators.
