Butterfly valve were used for 130℃ hot water and steam in Moscow

Project Requirements:

The customer wants to purchase a batch of flange butterfly valves for use in an industrial hot water circulation system. The valves should offer a high cost-performance ratio, with paint that is resistant to peeling. The valves must be capable of withstanding operating conditions with medium to high temperatures, ranging from a normal temperature of 110°C to a peak of 130°C. Additionally, the valves should be suitable for use in medium to high-pressure systems.

● To meet the customer's requirement for paint that is resistant to peeling, we have selected a sanded surface with epoxy spray coating.; 

● To ensure the valve can withstand high-temperature operating conditions, we have selected a heat-resistant EPDM (HTEPDM) sealing surface for the customer.; 

●To ensure the valve can meet the requirements of increased working pressure during valve startup, shutdown, pressure fluctuations, or boiler operations, we have selected a PN25 pressure rating for the customer.
