Wafer Knife Gate Valve SG73-B were used for steam pipeline in Bangkok, Thailand

Project Requirements:

The customer requires a knife gate valve capable of bidirectional sealing and zero leakage in a steam pipeline with a maximum operating temperature of 200°C. Additionally, the valve must conform to specific connection standards, and the nameplate must be customized according to the customer’s brand specifications.

Seallon`s Solutions:

● According to customer’s requirement, SS316 is used for both the valve body and disc, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability under high temperatures.

● Seallon recommends using an integral PTFE seat, which can withstand temperatures up to 200°C while providing reliable bidirectional sealing and zero leakage.The integral PTFE seat offers a longer service life and enhanced performance compared to traditional PTFE sealing rings, and it can be easily replaced when necessary.

● We offer the rising stem with ISO mounting platform, enabling the customer to remove the handwheel and directly install an electric actuator for automation if needed.

● The connection size is manufactured according to ASME B16.5 150LB standards, ensuring compatibility with the customer’s pipeline. And we also customize the nameplate as per customer’s need.
