Flanged lined butterfly valve SB41, SB71-P were used in Ural Chemical Plant in Sverdlovsk, Russia

Project Requirements:

The customer needs to purchase valves for liquid ammonia pipelines, requiring strong corrosion resistance and good sealing performance, as well as additional valve seats for future replacements. Additionally, the top flange connection, stem size, and exposed height of the stem  must be customized according to the customer's specific requirements to ensure better compatibility with the actuator. 

Seallon`s Solutions:

● Based on the working environment, Seallon selected flanged lined butterfly valves for the customer, which offer excellent corrosion resistance and sealing performance;

● To facilitate future replacement and maintenance for the customer, Seallon selected a dissembling valve body and provided additional valve seats; 

● Based on the customer's actuator selection, we customized the flange connection size, stem size, and exposed height of the stem.
