Flanged globe valve SGL41 metal to metal sealing manual drive were used for oil pipeline in Irkutsk, Russia

Project Requirements:
The customer requires flanged globe valves suitable for use in oil pipelines, with specific face-to-face length dimensions. The supplier must provide appropriate face-to-face dimensions and recommend suitable disc and sealing materials that perform well in harsh environments containing corrosive substances and solids to ensure optimal sealing and achieve zero leakage.

Seallon`s Solutions:
● Seallon combined the ASME B16.10 face-to-face length and GOST 33259 flange standards to satisfy customer’s specifications; 
● We recommended using SS316L for the disc and stem materials, which can effectively resist H2S,chloride, organic acid and other corrosive substances in oil, ensuring superior corrosion resistance; 
● Given the presence of solid particles in the oil pipeline, we suggested our customer to choose Stellite overlay welding to enhance wear-resistance of sealing face;
● Meanwhile, Stellite overlay welding also provides excellent sealing performance and zero leakage, extending service life and ensuring pipeline safety.
