Flanged double eccentric butterfly valve SB42 were used Water Supply Network in Minsk, Belarus

Project Requirements:
In addition to the general requirements for double eccentric butterfly valves, considering that some valves need to be installed in outdoor open-air venues, customers attached great importance to the anticorrosive coating of the valve body, and the worm reducer device required a higher level of protection. The customer also proposed that it would be better if the separate sealing rings could be provided for replacement.

Seallon`s Solutions:
● Based on the working environment, Seallon guaranteed the epoxy coating would be not less than 350µm, so that in the dry or humid environment, the durability of the valve body would be improved; 
● Meanwhile, we provided the worm reducer with IP67 protection level against dust and water, which could be submerged in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes; 
● In this order Seallon customized the additional L-shaped sealing rings of disc for replacement.
