Flanged triple off-set butterfly valves SB43 were used for Power Plant in Minsk, Belarus

Project Requirements:
The customer specified the following for the triple off-set butterfly valve: the special structural length, valve body material of ASTM A515 Gr.70 with 13Cr, sealing material of 2205+graphite or EPDM, and a sealing grade should meet GOST 9544-2015 Class A. The sealing should be bidirectional. The electric actuator should be AUMA SA14.2, with a GS400.3 (1728:1) gear reducer, 380V, 50Hz, three-phase, and included an additional manual handwheel operation feature. Each valve set would be accepted with mating flanges, gaskets, and fasteners.

Seallon`s Solutions:
● Seallon modified the face to face lengths of the butterfly valves according to the customer's requirements;
● We also customized the sealing materials (EPDM seat, 2205+Graphite sealing ring), which could meet different medium temperatures; 
● Bidirectional sealing structure was provided and could reach zero leakage grade; 
● In order to further reduce procurement costs, Seallon equipped a multi-stage turbine reduction device to minimize the input torque of the electric actuator; 
● A matching coupling was processed by ISO5211 to achieve seamless connection with the AUMA actuator;
● High quality mating flanges, gaskets, and fasteners were shipped with butterfly valves together.
